Yes. There are no lock-in contracts, and you can cancel at any time.
If you decide to leave, we'll provide all website files, login credentials, and a final backup so you can hand the site over to another provider or manage it yourself. We want you to stay because you're happy with the service, not because you're tied into a contract.
If you need support beyond the hours included in your plan, additional work is billed per hour.
We'll always let you know before any additional charges apply, and no work will be carried out without your approval. If you find yourself consistently exceeding your included hours, we'll help you choose a plan that provides better value for your business.
All care plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your payment is processed automatically on the same date each month, based on the day you signed up.
You'll receive an automatic receipt for every payment. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it automatically before notifying you. If we're unable to collect payment after several attempts, we'll contact you directly to help resolve the issue.
Yes. While our primary focus is website maintenance and support, we also provide development services for new features, functionality enhancements, integrations, and custom code changes.
Any work outside the scope of your care plan is quoted separately and approved by you before we begin. Whether you need a small enhancement or a larger development project, we're happy to help.
