The challenge

A growing agency that kept needing more from its website.

nrol is an international legal recruitment agency based in Sydney, helping lawyers move into roles around the world. The main site needed a redesign and a move to a new home, and as the business grew it needed more: a new academy programme, a second brand for legal professionals and quick turnarounds when something had to go live fast.

  • A redesign and migration without losing what already worked
  • New sites and pages for new parts of the business
  • One team to look after all of it
What we did

One team for the main site and everything after it.

We redesigned and migrated nrol.com.au in 2023, then stayed on. Since then we have built the Nrol Academy site, rebuilt The Broker for Lawyers and handled rush work when deadlines were tight.

  • Nrol Academy: a home page and an apply page, with new sign ups sent straight to Mailchimp
  • Secure hosting with SSL, CDN, email and firewall setup
  • The Broker for Lawyers: a full rebuild with services, FAQs, a blog, an enquiry form and loan and finance calculators
  • Cloudflare in front of the sites for speed and security
